STYLED IMAGES

I pride myself in having an aesthetic. It’s styled. It’s rooted in the work I do for my wall art, books, zines, and magazine shoots. I’ll forever be working on the aesthetic.

I offer a few styles: Editorial, Portrait, and Candid. They are all my style you already know and are familiar with, but geared with you and your needs in mind.

We can mix and match styles on a shoot, but typically we choose 1-2 styles based on your vibes and needs. If you are unsure, no worries - we will need to talk about this before the shoot regardless! I just want to find the style that fits the best with you and your goals!

EDITORIAL

Editorial are more aesthetic images. It’s probably what I’m most known for. There is more focus on story, character, and a slightly unreal mood. We shoot you something like a character in a world I’ve been developing for some time - this gives you the opportunity to act out in ways you may not normally act IRL. The images will either have some sort of message or feel like they are pulled from a magazine or a movie.

PORTRAIT

These may have an editorial feel, but they are more for people who may be shy in front of the camera and/or need more direct eye contact/face time. Sometimes someone gets nervous during a shoot and we drop down to portrait - I have NO judgement for people who need this! Other times someone starts with portrait and realize they actually like to act out in front of the camera and we move it to Candid or Editorial.

CANDID

These are less structured. This is usually shot while you are in the moment living life. There IS some structure here and there, but they basically are shoots that look like we were hanging out and I just happened to have taken pics. A lot of these are created by shooting in places you find relaxing and/or fun: swimming in a pool, being in nature, hanging on a hot spring, chilling at home, etc…

LOCATION

Typically I shoot on location. We can do studio, but I am most inspired by the real world. We can go where you are most comfortable: nature, the city, a rental, or your home. I’m open.

Shooting on location or one of your spaces does not cost any extra; however, any rentals for location or studio would be paid for by the client and are not included in the package price. I can supply some apps if you are looking for cool locations, studios, pools or anything else - they have affordable options as well as luxe accommodations.

There are also additional fees if the location is outside the TMZ from LA.

MOOD & THEME

OK, this is where it gets super fun. We can talk about the mood you’re going for,. My work is known for a range of moods: light and easy, ethereal, dark and “edgy,” crazy and weird, nature-y, etc…

As for themes: We will talk about this in person. I want to hear your ideas. I want to know what excites you, what you’ve wanted to experience in life, and what you would do if you weren’t held back.

You’re paying, and I’m making, so we will figure this out together. My main thing is that we create something you love, I love, and the people who see the images love.
